“I like the way every Lecturer recognizes that the class consists of students from diverse backgrounds and experiences; and tries to take us all on-board by engaging us in discussions. I also like that the Africa Centre of Excellence has recruited experts from various countries and International institutions to take us through our courses; this gives me a high degree of confidence in what I am studying. Furthermore, I am satisfied that I have adequate access to information and reading materials especially through Haramaya’s online library.
To be honest, I have been feeling at home right from the day I arrived at Haramaya. The comfort of having a self-contained, well-furnished apartment is something to write home about. In addition to that, I have access to the internet within my apartment; this makes my study a lot easier as relevant academic information is just a click away.”
