Hamaya University-ACE Climate SABC started discussion with Yunnan Agricultural University (YAU) in China to forge a collaborative partnership to support student/staff exchange and to formulate and implement various research projects in the area of climate smart agriculture and biodiversity conservation together. The discussion was initiated by Mr. Elie Ntirenganya who is currently a PhD candidate at ACE Climate SABC under the RSIF scholarship and a former student of Yunnan Agricultural University. We are committed to finalize the MOU for the partnership and start the actual joint activities with YAU. We are grateful to Mr. Elie for the initiative. We encourage other students to follow suit.
