A delegate of three officials namely, Prof. Meshack Obonyo (Acting Project coordinator ACE II/Senior Principal Exchange Links and Partnerships), Mr. Dickson Wanglobo (Consultant to the M&E activities of ACE-II project), and Mrs. Dorin Rwehera (Scholarship Program Officer) from the Inter-University Council for East Africa based in Kampala, Uganda made a visit to the ACE Climate SABC – Haramaya University on April 4 2024. The main purpose of the mission was for monitoring and evaluation (M&E) of the activities of ACE Climate SABC with a particular emphasis to the monitoring of the IUCEA sponsored students at the Center. The team visited to the facilities of the Center and discussed with Dr. Bobe Bedadi, the Deputy Center Leader and Head of Training and Research of the Center, about achievements, challenges, sustainability plans of the Center. They also had a separate meeting with the scholarship holders to listen to their opinions about their stay at ACE Climate SABC – Haramaya University.
